Although ArtWorks East is most active during the busy summer season as many of artists and members hold events throughout the tourist season we do hold events all year-round.

Join workshop host Patty MacIsaac who will show your child the basics of acrylic paint. From using different tools to create texture, mixing colors and shades, and applying to canvas.

Join workshop host Patty MacIsaac who will show your child the basics of acrylic paint. From using different tools to create texture, mixing colors and shades, and applying to canvas. This is a 4 week series with each week focusing on a different skill using acrylic paints. Each week they will learn something that will contribute to a finished canvas painting by week #4. It is beneficial to complete all 4 weeks, however if not able to do all 4 she will give them advice to finish their painting at home. Recommended ages 6-12 years old.
Registration is $20 and if child if able to attend all 4 sessions, there will be a refund of $10 after week 4.
The 4 workshops will take place on Tuesday from 4pm-530pm in the upstairs community room at the Goshen Community Center on September 24th, October 1st, October 8th and October 15th.
