Showcasing The Best The East Coast Has To Offer
Not all our members are visual artists (our president is just one of many examples). Some people want to join ArtWorks East because they believe in the arts and want to contribute in other ways. The dues for our supporting members are still just $10 for the first year and $25 each year after.
As a member, you’ll be included in all the communications and invited to important meetings.
In the past, our supporting members have helped by:
- Spending time in the waterfront gallery when we need a helping hand
- Helping to coordinate events, such as the Plein Air Painting Day in August
- Contributing financially to ArtWorks East
- Offering space for workshops and/or winter storage
- Assisting with tax reports to Canada Revenue
- Writing grant applications
- Helping with website maintenance
- Promoting our work among friends near and far
