The jewelry pieces I make are created with intention. Each semi-precious stone I use in my jewelry pieces carries a different meaning and intention. When creating my jewelry I blend the symbolism of charms to match the intentions of the stones. I have a love of spirituality and the metaphysical and thus use my knowledge of symbolism in these areas in order to infuse them into my creative pieces.

I hail from a small community called Giant’s Lake, just outside of Guysborough. I’ve always loved expressing my creativity in various ways from singing, songwriting, poetry and crafting goods such as jewelry and natural body care products.

Good Karma Handmade Goods & Art came into being a couple of years ago and started as a business where I was making Mala bracelets from semi-precious stones and donating 10% off each sale to local charities/nonprofits as well as selling my sister, Patty MacIsaac’s art. I wanted to be able to have a business in which I was able to help give back to the community. As my little business began to grow, I started to expand my product line. I now have various products that include different handmade jewelry pieces, body care products made using natural ingredients, metaphysical tools, Tarot readings and selling more of my sister’s artistic creations such as canvas pieces, stickers, wreaths, wood burnings, and more!

My future goal is to eventually open up a little shop out in Giant’s Lake where I can sell various products from locals as well as offer tarot readings and bring in other metaphysical and holistic practitioners to create a space where we can all share our gifts/talents to help benefit those in and around our community. I also would like to get involved with more community efforts which help highlight all the wonderful talent we have here locally in the Guysborough area. I’m so excited to be apart of ArtWorks East as they have put in a lot of hard work and effort in helping local artists/artisans get their work out there.

Right now you can find my stuff on my online shop as well as on Facebook and Instagram. I also have my products in a few stores and plan on having pop up sales at my home in Giant’s Lake where I also offer Tarot readings. I plan on doing some workshops in the future showing how to make your own custom creations!
