Dapper Dunlin

This Dapper Dunlin was on our Eastern Shoreline and it was inspirational to see such carefree frolic. The intent was to capture the texture and feathery plumage. I used pen and ink with a subtle backwash. Shorebirds are such amazing creatures, more to come.
