Shipping

All items will ship within seven business days of the order being placed, to the address specified by the customer during the checkout process.

Please note:

• all items will be securely packaged and insured
• tracking information will be provided to customers  after an order ships
• multiple items from different artists may ship at different times and involve separate tracking information
• ArtWorks East is not responsible for any duty or cross-border fees that may be levied during the shipping process

Refunds

All sales are final. We are not able to offer refunds on products purchased via the website.
